Interview
Welcome
How are you all doing? Here in the Southeastern
United States the trees are beginning to change colors
and it is beautiful. Do you take time to thank God
for his wonderful creation? Isn’t God the best
artist you have ever seen? Enjoy his handiwork. Welcome
to all the CWMs from all over the world. I pray that
God is doing a mighty work in your life right now
even if you don’t see it.
Do you ever feel that sometimes your
life and beliefs are not in agreement? Then, you would
love to read the book When
Life and Beliefs Collide by Carolyn Custis James.
She also does a great study in this book of New Testament
women and how they followed Christ.
Blog/Online Bible Study
We often discuss on the blog this time
of year how your family celebrates Halloween. Do you
go to a Fall Festival at your church or do you trick
or treat in your neighborhood? How do you feel about
Halloween? Come share your thoughts on the CWM Blog
at

Interview
I appreciate Lori taking the time this
month to be interviewed. Lori is a divorced 33 year
old CWM who lives in the United States. She is an
administrative assistant and has two boys ages 9 and
6.
Lori says she loves being around others
and being around people. She enjoys talking with them
and daily life in general.
Lori says the struggles of being a CWM
are: being away from my children. Being a single Mom
I don’t have the luxury of staying home with
my children like I did for 8 years. So I deal with
‘missing out’ on their lives.
Lori’s favorite Bible Verse is:
However, as it is written: “No eye has seen,
no ear has heard, no mind has conceived; what God
has prepared for those who love him” 1 Corinthians
2:9
God is teaching Lori that He is in control.
It is His will, and not mine. He has a plan on His
timetable and nothing I do will ‘hurry’
it up.
Lori wants to encourage other CWMs to
keep the faith. Just keep turning your struggles,
doubts, and fears over to Him. He does hear your prayers.
He does listen and comfort you!
Lori, thanks for reminding us that God’s
timing is right on time. I heard someone say once
God’s timing in on time, but sometimes I wish
he would be a little early.
Till next time,
Kimberly M. Chastain
